A peaceful room in a beautiful quiet village with private ensuite shower/WC. Guests enter the owners barn and access their separate staircase immediately left that leads to their private ensuite room. Wonderful views of the Black Mountains, including Hay Bluff, from the guest room, regular sightings of Red Kites. Guests also have sole use of a TV snug with sofa adjacent to the main barn space and separated by sliding doors. Guests also have use of the garden. Drive times: Hay-on-Wye 15 mins Brecon 10 mins Llangorse Lake 15 mins Builth Wells 20 mins. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast included (croissants, butter and jam and granola).
