Beautiful historic 18th Century former public house and garden, now a family home in Hay, near to the Dulas Brook, offering B&B accommodation during the Hay Festival only. This characterful house is just a 2 minute walk from the centre of Hay, close to local shops and cafes and only a 10 minute walk to the Festival site. We are pleased to offer a lovely single bedroom, with a shower ensuite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. The property offers private parking on the drive, 1 space per room and a full cooked English breakfast is served, using locally sourced produce. Not suitable for children. We have two family dogs. We look forward to welcoming you during the Festival to our home.
