Just a 10 minute drive from the Royal Welsh Showground, this property is a stunning 1920's Fishing Lodge set in 26 acres on the banks of the river Wye located in Erwood in the heart of Wales. Now a private home, all nine bedrooms have recently been refurbished to a high modern standard while some of the reception rooms are essentially the same as when the house was built in 1921. Typical travel time to the Royal Welsh Show is less than 10 minutes while the Hay Festival is less than 20 minutes away.
