Located 1.5 miles from the Hay Festival, this C17th stone cottage is in a picturesque and peaceful spot at the end of a no-through road. It is comfy and welcoming with original features. The living room is spacious with a TV, woodburner, abundant books and maps. The kitchen is dine in with Aga, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Next to the kitchen is a boot room and second lavatory. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, sleeping six in one twin bedded and two king bedded rooms. The bathroom has shower, bath, basin and lavatory. This spot is a retreat for the soul, with the sound of a stream and birds. There are walks into the Brecon Beacons from our door and lots of wildlife in the large, enclosed garden. We are in a night sky reserve, with beautiful starry nights. MIN. 4 NIGHT STAY. DURING THE FESTIVAL, 4 NIGHTS AND MORE ARE AVAILABLE AS ONE BOOKING ANYTIME BETWEEN 26 MAY AND 5 JUNE 2022.
